This 2-hour workshop provides experiential and team building activities relating to identifying the strengths and challenges of various leadership styles. The group will identify qualities of both ideal leaders and ideal employees. Finally, we will practice strategies around effective and inclusive team meetings.

Be the Place Where Everyone Wants to Work

This 2-hour workshop provides experiential and team building activities relating to the work of Simon Sinek’s Start With Why, which helps employees build consensus of the companies’ purpose. Once the group has clarity of their WHY, then they can define what they do and how they do it. In addition, activities in this workshop will focus on cooperation and team agreements.

Effective Communication in the Workplace

This 2-hour workshop provides experiential and team building activities relating to encouragement and growth mindset. Once we experience what it means to feel validated, we tend to create a work environment rooted in empathy, empowerment, and effectiveness.

This 2-hour workshop provides experiential and team building activities relating to recognizing and appreciating differences in personalities and communication/leadership styles. Once we identify our tendencies, we can recognize that our style and reactions tends to invite certain behaviors from others. This 2-hour workshop provides experiential and team building activities relating to problem solving strategies and the power of practicing self-regulation strategies. We will explore how the brain works under stress and what our reactions tend to invite from others. Finally, we will look at how effective team meetings can bring out the best in each other.
